He is also a member and fellow of the Egyptian Society of Accountants and Auditors also Certified public accountant from New Hampshire state (USA) . He has over 20 years of experience in the field of auditing in both Egypt.
- He previously worked as an Audit Senior Manager at one of the “Big Four” firms in Egypt for over 20 years, which provided him with extensive experience in the fields of accounting and auditing.
- Ahmed joined Kreston NBB in March 2025 as an Audit Director. He has extensive and diverse experience, having worked for over 20 years with leading professional firms.

- Mr. Ahmed Abouelhassan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree accredited by Alexandria University. - Ahmed takes full responsibility for managing audits across various public and private sectors. He is also responsible for most other aspects of the work, including overseeing the resolution of technical accounting issues, managing client service expectations, communicating with executive management, and managing resources to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of current procedures while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Ahmed has an extensive assurance experience supported by leadership participation as a team in-charge or as a team member in auditing engagements in various industries including: – Real Estate and Developer ,Contracting ,Trading , Hospitality and Manufacturing Companies (Including Amayrah Cement Company , Alex Fertilizers Company , Nestle , Amex , Four Seasons Hotels ) .
- Ahmed participated in due diligence assignments related to the valuation and restructuring of several organizations. He also participated in two IPO processes for real estate and construction companies .
- He has attended several training courses in Egypt and abroad .. also engaged in instructing several training courses related to business advisory services both in Egypt and UAE.
- Ahmed hold many Artificial intelligent and emerging technologies badges .
