- Ahmed has overall responsibility for managing the audit of many public and private sectors and is also responsible for most other aspects of the engagement including overseeing the resolution of technical accounting issues, managing client service expectations, liaising with executive management and resource management in order to ensure that the existing procedures are effective, efficient, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulation.
- Employs a motivational and inclusive leadership style to manage a high-performing, cross-functional team of senior managers, mangers, assistant mangers, supervisors and auditors. this includes talent management and succession planning.
- Identifying internal control weaknesses and developing recommendations for bringing
- programs and operations into compliance.
- Reporting writing for audit committees and management Identifying, researching, and helping to resolve complex audit issues.
- Leading a comprehensive business process control review and risk assessment.
- Specialized Trainer for IFRS & IFRS for SMEs & ISA & Audit software and soft skills .
- Ahmed have been approved in KPMG to be member in the below committees: – Quality control review – second line of defense (2LoD). – Department of professional practice (DPP).

- Fellow of Egyptian Society of Accountants and Auditors (FESAA).
- Advanced Diploma from ESAA in Cost and Finance (ADCF).
